Wrote convention volunteer guidelines for a national non-profit association.

Managed up to $15M events budget for 70 countries in multiple currencies. Created $20M in budgets for various Olympic clients. Kickstarted economic impact study in Canada on business tourism.

Launched toolkit for strategic meeting management; globalized industry designation.
